Yoga for Pregnant Women
Yoga for Pregnant Women
Isha Janani is a program specially designed for the wellbeing of pregnant women and unborn children. As a pregnant woman’s physical, mental and emotional state has an impact on her child’s development, an elaborate system of taking care of pregnant women was established in the Indian culture. Drawing from this wisdom, the Isha Janani is aimed towards helping a pregnant woman improve her awareness and keep her body, mind and emotions pleasant. The program also guides her on how she can deliver a healthy baby and take care of the baby afterwards.
