What is Yoga for Kids?
Yoga for Children is a specially crafted program that introduces children to the yogic way of life. It is designed to nurture children’s natural exuberance, creativity, and capacity for inner stillness — channeling these qualities through age-appropriate yogic practices.
The program combines physical yogic practices with breath awareness, simple meditative processes, and Yogic stories and mythology — making it engaging, fun, and deeply meaningful for children. Every element is calibrated to suit the developmental stage of the child.
Introducing yoga at a young age creates a strong foundation of physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner wellbeing that can support a child throughout their entire life. The seeds planted in childhood often become the most enduring gifts of all.

“If a child learns to be joyful, to be aware, and to be conscious, they will live a full life. Yoga is one of the greatest gifts you can give a child.”
