Hatha Yoga is not about being flexible or fit. Hatha Yoga is about making yourself into a perfect vessel — to receive and reflect the Divine. If you do it the right way, it is a phenomenal tool for inner transformation.— Sadhguru
The Science
Hatha Yoga is one of the most powerful and complete systems for human wellbeing ever devised. Unlike modern fitness-oriented yoga, Classical Hatha Yoga is a precise, time-tested science — structured by Sadhguru — that works on the physical body as a doorway to inner dimensions.
Through specific postures, breathing techniques, and energetic practices, it purifies the system, builds vitality, and brings the body and mind into a state of perfect receptivity — making it a complete spiritual path, not merely an exercise.

Founder & Your Guide
Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher · Founder, Yogartha ·, Uttarakhand
After dedicating over 13 years to the financial sector, I began to notice how many people around me were struggling with stress, anxiety, and a sense of unrest. Amidst the fast-paced, success-driven lifestyle, I felt something essential was missing — a sense of peace, vitality, and genuine joy in daily life. This realization inspired me to seek a path that could bring balance and fulfillment, not only to myself but also to others.
This question led me to explore yoga more deeply, and I eventually discovered Hatha Yoga — an ancient practice focused on cultivating balance, clarity, and vitality. Inspired by Sadhguru's vision of making Hatha Yoga accessible to everyone in its original purity and teaching it as a transformative process, I decided to undergo Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. My goal is not only to transform my own life but also to help others find a path to peace and well-being. Teaching this pure, classical form of yoga has given me a profound sense of purpose, and I am passionate about sharing its transformative benefits.
Outside of yoga, I love exploring new things — creative pursuits, outdoor adventures, and wholehearted involvement in whatever I do. From a young age, I enjoyed singing, dancing, and playing sports. I am a classical singer and dancer by passion, finding beauty in the involvement, discipline, and rhythm of these art forms. Life, to me, is about embracing every moment with enthusiasm.
